As a distributor for CHE Kitchen in Salt Lake City, Utah you will be responsible for marketing in your territory, building your customer base, taking your customer's weekly orders and coordinating their pick-up or delivery.

| The initial investment for becoming a distributor and running your own business is $2,500. You will need approximately 400 sq. feet of commercial space, a cooler plus basic office equipment (computer,fax, dedicated Chandra's Healthy Eating phone line, credit card, terminal, and furniture), Adequate signage at your location(s) and local advertising to announce your presence in your area is also required. |

| NO INVENTORY |
| Unlike other product distribution business, Chandra's Healthy Eating does not require you to place a minimum order. Instead, you order only "the number of meal plans you need for each week." You will have no hassles with left over meals after distribution to your customers. They will be paid for. In addition, we do not require prepayment for the meals you order. You will pay Chandra's Healthy Eating headquarters when meals are delivered to you------COD |

| NO EXPERIENCE |
| You do not need culinary or restaurant management experience. CHE does all the menu planning, cooking, and preparation. All you need to do is order your clients meals and be available for pick/up on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday.Some of your customer's may require delivery to their homes. |

| OWNERSHIP |
| Your customers are your client. Although they may have been referred to you by Chandra's Healthy Eating headquarters, you are completely responsible for ordering their meals and maintaining your customer base. You do not work for Chandra's Healthy Eating, you work for your customers. |

| CHE supports you with training, sales promotion and marketing assistance. |
