1) How does Chandra's Healthy Eating plan work?
A) Every week you will receive 21 meals per week. Nine meals on tuesday and 12 more on Friday. These meals are to be stored in your refrigerator. CHE meals are not to be frozen. Remove the meals from your refrigerator and heat them in your microwave.

2) When can I place my order?
A) All orders need to be placed, no later than 12 noon Thursday in order to receive meals the following Tuesday. To place your order call 1-877-21-MEALS (63257).

3) What is the least amount of weeks I can order?
A) There is no minimum, but remember we sale our meals by the week. So to see results it will take more than one week.

4) May I freeze my meals and eat them later?
A) No. These meals are meant to be consumed, before your next batch of meals arrive.

5) How do I cancel my order?
A) After your order has been placed, fresh ingredients are ordered. If you have a sudden emergency, it is your responsibility to make arrangements to retrieve your meals. All orders must be prepaid. If you have to cancel your order, we cannot provide a refund. Please call our office during business hours to cancel your order.

6) Do we all eat the same food?
A) Yes, but different portion sizes. You can choose from 1200, 1500, and 2000 calories per day. CHE program is on a 12 week menu cycle.

7) What if I dislike certain foods?
A) Well you can treat a friend to that meal. CHE program has a vast amount of different foods on a 12 week program.

8) Is there certain amount of time I have to stay on the program?
A) No. Remember, you order food one month at a time. There is no overnight solution to losing weight. We hope you can see a change in your eating habits and want to continue on the program.

9) When am I suppose to eat my meals?
A) You can eat your meals at any time. Listen to your body, it will tell you when its hungry.

10) Is freshness guaranteed for all the meals?
A) Yes. If you eat your meals during the week they are assigned.

11) Do you use a lot of spices in your meals?
A) No, We realize peoples tastes are different.

12) What if I travel frequently can I become a client of CHE program?
A) Yes. We cater to the client who is always on the go. Take your meals in a cooler packed with ice packs.

13) What beverages should I drink on the program?
A) 2 eight ounce glasses of fat-free milk for 1200 and 1500 calorie program.

14) May I have a alcoholic beverage occasionally?
A) Yes, 1oz of beer or liquor. Also one glass of any type of wine.

15) Are there supplements I need to take with Chandra's Healthy Eating program?
A) No. You should consult with your primary physician about taking additional supplements.

16) What if I'm invited out to a buffet?
A) Use a salad plate for your dinner plate. Choose your meal selection wisely. Remember to drink a couple glasses of water before leaving home. This will help you feel full so you don't eat as much.

17) How many pounds will I lose?
A) We can't guarantee how much weight you will lose. Typically our customers lose 1-2 lbs per week.

18) Should I weigh myself everyday?
A) No. Once per week.

19) I'm happy with my weight. Can I still eat Chandra's Healthy Eating?
A) Yes. Remember to make healthy choice when adding calories to our meals.

A) You can either pick up your meals or have them delivered for a fee.
